This acceptable use policy sets out the terms under which you agree to access our website N7.education. Our acceptable use policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, this site. By registering with this website you are agreeing you are providing us with accurate, non fraudulent information (Name, email address, school, year, and whether you are a student or teacher). You may not impersonate any other person when registering for or registered with this website. You may not share your N7 Education account with anyone else. We reserve the right at any stage to terminate an account. Accounts can only be created by individuals who are able to enter into legally binding contracts.

Discounts and Vouchers
N7 Education runs regular competitions and offers. For each competition or offer the following terms will apply:
- Each voucher or offer will entitle the bearer to a price reduction as indicated on the purchase of any N7 Education subscription services.
- Only one offer discount code or voucher may be used per account. These offer discount codes or vouchers are not legal tender and are not exchangeable for cash.
Refund Policy
Should you be unhappy with the service supplied by N7 Education you may be entitled to a refund at the discretion of N7 Education. If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received please contact us at [email protected] stating your name, email address associated with your account and the reason for your refund request. No refunds will be granted if it is discovered that the use of the site breached these terms of use for the site. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you believe your Credit Card has been used fraudulently on this site please inform us immediately by e-mail at [email protected] No refunds are payable in circumstances where a subscription to our service is made by you and you subsequently receive access to a n7.education Premium account pursuant to a licence to use the site which is issued to your school.
N7 Education Premium
The following terms and conditions apply to users who upgrade to a paid N7 Education Premium account: N7 Education Premium gives paid users access to content unavailable to N7 Education Community users. A yearly N7 Education Premium fee allows users to access all content on n7.education for a period of twelve months from the date payment is received. The yearly subscription is non refundable, neither in full nor in part. A user may not share their account information with other users. This would constitute of a breach of these terms of use. A N7 Education Premium account does not facilitate more than one user logging in to that account at any one time. A user may cancel their account at any time.

Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these terms of use or any agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under these terms of use or any agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of these terms of use or any agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both you and us.
General
Australian law governs these terms of use. N7 Education reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. Any changes to our Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements will be posted on our web site 10 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the User and Us.
